Dear Athlete,

Welcome to the FastForward Training System!  I am committed to helping you achieve your athletic goals, whatever they may be.  My success as a trainer and your success as an athlete are both dependent on the merging of two entities, my training philosophy and YOUR determination. 

My philosophy is simple: If I can increase your stride length and increase your stride frequency, you will become faster, more powerful, and more dominant on the field.  We will achieve those goals by focusing on the following areas…

           1. Increased Flexibility:  Builds strength, reduces injury, LENGTHENS STRIDE

           2. Increased Strength:  Improves balance, power and STRIDE FREQUENCY

           3. Recruitment of “Fast Twitch” Muscle Fiber: Makes us EXPLOSIVE

           4. Streamline Running Form:  Makes us EFFICIENT

I can control all 4 of those areas, give you quantifiable data and feedback, and design a program “just for you”, even when we are working with a group.  What I can not control is your effort.  You MUST train hard, concentrate and dedicate to the task.  You must spend time at home doing our stretching regimen and strengthening prescription.
